WHINEY WEDNESDAY!!!

OK, I was going to post earlier and all I could come up with was whiney stuff and I told myself that I would have to wait cause Whiney Wednesday was tomorrow! Well then I opened the Diva's blog and realized I'm a day behind and it's already Wednesday!!

So here goes nothin'

* my feet are throbbing, because apparently 4:00pmish is their time to be put up due to the impending swelling! Oh and I had to lose my shoes an hour or so ago, due to the marks the straps were CUTTING into my feet! another pair of shoes bites the dust!~
* the vast majority of my clothes are not fitting, and I'm having a time finding things to wear to work - I only have a few maternity things.
* My body has decided that since I'm now 32, pregnant and such it is a good time to get zits!!! Never had them much in high school -
* My eyes are itchy & dry - a combination of pregnancy & contacts!
* My boss has decided to become a nit picker - periodically!
* We're going to the lake this weekend and that means a bathing suit!!@!Ugh!
* My house is a complete mess! We are moving katlynn into her own room and so stuff is strung from here to Alaska - I'm not supposed to be lifting anything to heavy and we need to move 2 dressers and her bed (my husband is in KC working - don't stalk me I was the best shot in my firearms class!!) !
* I realized last night the the dust is so thick on my ceiling fans they're actually a different color!!
* My oven has decided to strike and just about everything I have in the freezer needs to be baked!!!
* It's almost time for school to start again and I haven't been able to take vacation days to spend with my kids, cuz I was off when I was in the hospital, and the wreck, etc. and it doesn't look like I'll be able to before they start back to school!
* Again my clothes aren't fitting!! My shoes are too tight (I've been wearing flip flops to work!!!)
* JcPenneys is having a great sale on maternity clothes and Shoe carnival is having a big sale and I'm soooooooooooooo broke!!
* I haven't gotten a vehicle yet -
Ok, well that went on a lot longer than I meant for it to!!!
But I do feel better, cuz now I'm laughing at myself for being such a whiner!!!

well, I'm not entirely sure what the name of this song really is, but it was playing and I don't know about anyone else but I can relate! I know I shouldn't admit that to the masses, but (when not pregnant) I have to avoid tequila!

Last night I was sitting on the couch eating cereal [I am currently having cereal for at least 2 meals a day!] with Mr. Divinity and watching TV. We could here our two lovely daughters in the kitchen fighting and I calmly requested he make them stop. So he hollers something at them (big help!!) and a few minutes later our oldest walks into the living room completely disgusted and says "Mom! I took a perfectly clean new spoon out of the drawer and sat it on the counter beside my bowl and she 'LICKED IT', 'LICKED IT'!!!" Now mind you I had just taken a rather large bite of corn pops w/milk and at the end of her sentence all I could do was try desperately not to laugh and spit my mouthful out all over the living room! My husband is looking at me trying really hard not to laugh at me, and our precious daughter is looking (and rightfully so I must say) quite disgusted with me - and also trying not to laugh at me. She realizes it will be a bit before I can compose myself and her father isn't going to help her so she stomps out. As I finally get it under control from the other room Katlynn (the oldest) yells, "Mom aren't you at least going to get her in trouble!!!" Ok, luckily I did not have another mouthful of cereal yet, because the laughing was only reignited with this plea!!
I know I'm terrible.
So I holler for the little miss to hightail her little tush into the living room and explain herself. You'll love her defense [Always remember a good defense is a better offense] she says "but mom, she licked MY spoon first". Ok, so lets just leave it at this, neither of my children actually got into trouble for the spoon licking - their mother found it too funny!
After they both had walked off I looked at Mr. Divinity and said "that little one gets those things from you!" He then starts laughing and says, "Oh no, I can totally see you doing that to your sister when you were little!!" Ok, so maybe he's right.

Have you heard, the Redneck Diva has made it to the finals in the Miss RSJS pageant the final voting begins Wednesday at midnight so everyone should remember to go and vote for her, she really, really, really wants this.

I had to go to the store at lunch to buy a birthday present for my friend's little boy whose party is tonight [can you spell procrastinator - actually I was just broke until today!] and my point is I had to go ahead and by the new Harry Potter book. Ok I could try and tell you that it was only for my daughter, but it'd be a lie! Yes she does like the books and does want this one to complete her hardback collection (she used her own money to buy at least 2 of them and received the others from us at Christmas and/or bday) but I just couldn't wait to read it. Isn't that silly? Oh well, there's my confession for the week!

Follow the yellow brick road. . . . .

So I'm not sure where that came from, but anyway. . . .

I truly lack any form of motivation today (where my work is concerned). I got here this morning and the air conditioner would not kick on!! It was so stinking hot I was sweating (Pregnant here!!) my boss was in Carthage in a dissolution trial so I couldn't call him to ok my calling the heat & air guy. So I went upstairs to PC's office (there is a window unit up there) turned on his air and came back downstairs to wait until it was cool enough up there to take refuge!! So during my eternal wait my boss calls and I tell him what's going on. He agrees that I take shelter upstairs and says he'll call the air guy. So 30 minutes later or so he makes it to the office about the same time PC does and low and behold they determine that since only one of us can work in the office upstairs it should be me and they should go and play golf!! Those to are so hopeless. So we head downstairs to leave for lunch only to discover the air has mysteriously kicked on! Guess what, they headed to the golf course anyway! It has however made for a wonderfully peaceful afternoon. I can see the allure of being outside in 106* weather hitting a tiny white ball and sweating my rear off!!

I think I mentioned in my last post that we were told the baby is a boy! This is shocking considering I have 2 girls and there are only two boys on my side of the family! I tried to put this baby count down thing on here, but couldn't get it to work and was irritable so I gave up. Maybe I'll try again later!

Well I'm off for the weekend, I'm hoping to get my husband to put our pool up this weekend! He is the king of excuses, although they are running thin his last response was "I'm not putting it up tonight!"

Or at least that's what the ultrasound says! I only have a couple of minutes but I just wanted to tell everyone the news!!
I'm completely stunned!!!

When you have two girls you just expect to have another one!!

Did you see the RACE yesterday?!?!?!!?

I didn't actually see it. (And I am forming the conclusion that I am seriously warped!) I was on my way home from Paola and so listened to the race on the radio! My dad just rolled his eyes when I found the station it was on. lol

Anyway on to the important part TONY STEWART won AGAIN!!! yeah!!! If only I could've been there to see him, I mean it the race, you know!!

I rented Black Cloud, it's an independent film done by Rick Schroeder about a Navajo Indian that is a boxer and he lives on the reservation etc. I know my description really doesn't do much for the movie. I had heard Rick Schroeder tell about it and had read about it somewhere, oh and the really good part - guess who's in it? Tim McGraw. Yeah, so anyway I had to rent it, just to see!
Don't laugh, he looks really good in it!!!
Well anyway, my husband [that rarely ever watches movies with me] decides to watch it with me last night. So we are more than half way through the movie and I point out that the cop is Tim McGraw, he made such fun of me for renting that movie!! He was like "here I was trying to be nice and not point out how pretty that girl in the movie is and you only rented it cuz you're in love with Tim McGraw!" It was rather hilarious! The look on his face was priceless.

So I had my 32nd Birthday yesterday and it didn't hurt a bit. I didn't get to go and play my bday bingo though, that sucked. Oh well.

We are only a week or so away from THE ultrasound, you know the defining one. Due to the wreck and my hospital stay I have had something like 4 ultrasounds, but alas no sex determination! So maybe soon.

We haven't agreed on any names yet. tossed around a few boy names, can't even come close to agreeing on even liking the same girl names. It's amazing we were actually able to name two girls already!! Maybe that's our limit on being able to agree..... I tell him in the end it doesn't matter cause the hospital doesn't ask for his signature anyway!!!!! {this does not make for a happy Mr. Divinity!!!lol} So feel free to offer some name suggestions.

Whining Wednesday. . . . . . . . . . .

Oddly enough I am actually having to really think about all things whining to make a list, but here goes:
*I have to wait 2 more weeks to find out if this kid is a boy or girl. (and that's only if it cooperates!)
*my 6 year old woke up night before last vomiting and I got all of 5 hours of sleep (the poor thing was sooooo sick) and I haven't seemed to be able to catch back up on my sleep.
*my face feels poofy (I know water retention is a part of it)
*I have a stack of filing that I have ABSOLUTELY no desire to touch.
*I'm still not rich!!!
*I need my eyebrows done again.
*The hair on my legs is growing faster that the speed of light!
*I want a really vacation, but have to save all of my 'time' for maternity leave!
*I still need a new vehicle (I've been driving my dad's truck and he went to Colorado for a week in a half and so I've been driving his work van *it's huge* and spending approx. $25 every TWO days on gas)
ok, well maybe that wasn't so hard after all!!!

On to some not whining Wednesday crap -

My birthday is Sunday!!! I'll be the ripe old age of 32 (kidding, just kidding on the ripe and old thing!) My sweet (just turned 10 on Tuesday) daughter required me to give her an actual list of things I would like to have so that she can convince her father of what they should buy me. (oh, and after I listed things off she says, "now this is just a list it doesn't mean you'll get everything on it" ! hmmmm wonder where she's heard that before!! lol
We will be taking our annual trip to my sister's for my niece's birthday party. She is the cutest - she'll be 3 and she doesn't realize we live almost 3 hours away so when they are out for walks she tells my sis that she wants to go to my house, or when we talk on the phone she says "ky come ovr you house now?" it's so sweet. I go with my kids, my dad and nanny so it's a nice trip.
I think I will actually go play birthday bingo this year.

We are going to my other niece's (my brother-in-law's daughter) bday party in August - she is also the sweetest, she's turning 1. She the tiniest little thing! I wish we lived closer to all of them!

And I am wanting to go and visit my girlfriend in Dallas sometime soon, so I'm thinking September. Just me and the girls go so it's a wonderful girl visit and we take the kids to do stuff. I had to miss last year so I really want to go. I'll just have to convince Mr. Divinity that it is ok to travel at 25 weeks!! He is way over protective when I'm pregnant. He'll probably demand I take someone or he'll decide he needs to go. Only he's not allowed on these trips!!! lol

I think I'll plan a trip to Buffalo, NY for next fall! My stepbrother lives there (I lived there for a long time and have friends and family there) so we could stay with him. Mr. Divinity nor our children have ever been there, we can go to Canada (very short trip from Buffalo - I used to walk over!) and to Niagara Falls and there is an amusement park close by that is such fun. Oh yeah, I love making vacation plans!!! It seems an awfully early start, but it will take that long to convince Mr. Divinity of taking the trip.

OH I ALMOST FORGOT - I finally (floor was torn up and replaced in January/February) got ceramic tile in my kitchen, dining room and back bathroom last weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can't imagine how good it looks and how happy I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm back from oblivion!!

Ok, so not really oblivion! I was extremely ill for a week in a half (did two days in the hospital - yes it was like jail!!!) Anywho, I'm wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better now. I've actually been back to work since Tuesday, but was so freakin' behind I haven't done anything except WORK all week!! Imagine that, doing what he pays me for - go figure!

Well I have a ton of stuff to write about, but am so darn tired I think I'll save it for Monday.

My Katlynn's birthday is Tuesday and we are having her bday party tomorrow. We're getting her the full OU bedset, you know the sheets, comforter, shams, pillows, etc. - way to much burgundy for me, but hey she loves OU basketball and even talks about wanting to go to college there! (she's 9 - well til tuesday) and she of course knows she's getting this. What she doesn't know (because I'm mean and told her if we got her the entire set that was all we were getting her!) is that we also got her the Marisol American Girl Doll that she has wanted for months!* I know it's stupid to pay that much for a doll, but she's old enough I think she'll take care of her.* Also the really big (ok it's the least expensive, but will probably be the thing she flips over!) thing is I got her a ticket to go with me to Rascal Flatts, Keith Anderson & Blake Shelton in August - She has been begging me to take her to a concert forever! She is still mad at me for not taking her to see Trace Adkins (oh so sexy!!!) but anyway, I decided, hey I'm pregnant so I'll be completely sober (unlike the Trace concert!) and my girlfriend and her husband are going and their daughter that is katlynn's friend is going oh, and it's outdoors so Keith and I decided it would be ok for her to go.
Well I've now rambled on forever and have a few things to finish up so I can flee this place. Hope everyone has a great weekend, to bad every weekend isn't a four day weekend!!
